Cyndi Gilbert, ND and I have been working near one another since we started our respective practices. I’ve been a patient in the past and have referred many of my clients to her for naturopathic care. I believe naturopathic medicine is the perfect complement to osteopathic care.
Cyndi is passionate about helping people achieve their health goals. She is an excellent listener with the ability to make you feel comfortable discussing anything without feeling judged. Her treatments incorporate a variety of natural healing modalities including acupuncture, mind-body therapies, nutrition, acupuncture, homeopathy and more.
Cyndi is also a very skilled herbalist and writer. Her latest book, The Essential Guide to Women’s Herbal Medicine is a fascinating read infused with her personality. A visit to her office usually includes one of her custom-created surprisingly palatable, herbal teas.
Her recent blog post, How I recovered from (postpartum) depression, exemplifies Cyndi’s candour and holistic approach to care, including self.
